The camping pitch will always be assigned by the Management, whose instructions campers must follow regarding the parking of vehicles and the setup of tents or caravans, which must never obstruct normal traffic flow. From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 12:00 am to 7:00 am, all noise that may disturb campers’ rest is strictly prohibited, as well as setting up or dismantling tents. During these hours, it is forbidden to use radios or similar devices, create noisy gatherings, or use the playground. The entrance barriers will be closed; therefore, it is strictly prohibited to circulate, enter, or exit with motor vehicles. Guests wishing to leave the campsite during the quiet hours must move their vehicle in advance to the designated parking areas. For no reason may the barriers be opened during these hours. Audio devices must always be kept at low volume and during quiet hours must be completely turned off. Mail must be collected personally by adults at the Management office; after 7 days, uncollected mail will be returned to the sender. To reserve a tent or caravan pitch, a confirmation deposit of €100.00 is required for each pitch, with payment of the full stay due upon arrival. Accepted reservations are non-refundable. Visitors not staying at the campsite are allowed for a maximum period of one hour, upon depositing their documents at the Management office; after this time, the cost of a full day will be charged. The Management accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, apartments, caravans, or tents. At the Management office, a safe deposit service is available for cash, valuables, and items of value. On the day of departure, the tent pitch must be vacated by 10:00 am.
