The camping spots are always decided by the management, the guests need to follow the direction for parking cars and pitching tents or caravans that must never hinder the normal traffic.
From 14.00 to 16.00 and from 24.00 to 07.00 any noise is strictly prohibited not to disturb other campers, including setting up or clearing camp.
It is forbidden, therefore, during those hours, to use radio equipment and the like,have noisy gatherings or meetings and access the playground. The entry barriers are closed, so it is absolutely forbidden to circulate, get in or out with a motor vehicle. The campers who want to leave the campsite with a motor vehicle during the hours of silence, must take action to move the vehicle in the designated parking. You cannot open the entrance bars during those hours for any reason. At all hours music must be kept at low volume. Mail must be collected personally by adults from the office direction. After seven days, the one not withdrawn will be returned to sender. To book a tent or caravan place a deposit of € 100.00 for each campsite is requested, as well as a full payment for the entire period of booking upon arrival. Accepted bookings will not be refunded.
Non resident guests are admitted for a maximum of one hour, by filing their documents with the Directorate. If the limit is excedeed the daily rate will be charged. Management is not responsible in any case of any shortages or damages of any kind to your car or apartment, caravans and tent. Money and valuables can be stored at management office. On the day of departure check out time is 10 am.
RULES FOR THE GUESTS OF FLATS
The apartment is considered booked only after a deposit is paid and you have received a confirmation letter from the management. No refund is due in case of cancellation. The booked apartment is available from 4 to 8 pm the day of arrival. When leaving, the apartment must be vacated, and the keys returned to the management office, not later than 9 am and not before 7 am. The apartment will be carefully inspected by the management to check for damages, if any. In case of delayed arrival, the apartment will be available till 8 pm on the day of reservation unless otherwise arranged. The booking period as requested and accepted must be always paid in full even with a delayed arrival or early departure.
Customers are required to pay the bill when taking possession of the apartment.
